Hey there! My name is Madyson! I am a videographer and a video editor captivated by storytelling through the combination of music, rhythm, and visuals in time-based media for video. I’m a recent BFA graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a concentration in Digital Media and a minor in Film Studies. In 2024, I worked as a production assistant  with Fox Sports through which I have a strong foundation in both technical and creative aspects of videography.

I aim to focus on production, post-production, and editing through which I will learn project management skills. Additionally, I will continue expanding my skills in programs such as After Effects and Blender. My career goal is to specialize in post-production with a focus on editing where I can fine-tune the details of a story and bring a director's unique vision to life. Over the arc of my career, I intend to work with others to create impactful films and videos that resonate with diverse audiences. My work will emphasize humanistic themes of creativity, unity, and positivity, sharing personal stories and encouraging others to share their pivotal moments.
